I have had my machine for a while now and love using it. my eldest daughter likes to use it as well as my 10 year old daughter, but they can't remember the recipes. The recipe book that I got with the machine was well used and a bit tatty. So I decided to e-mail hinari to see if they could help us out. Within 3 days I had a new recipe book. They didn't need to send it out but they obviously must pride them selves on their after sales service. I will have no worries about buying an Hinari product in the future the reason that I bought this machine was because of the price but it was well worth it.
