On the box that the toaster comes in it says that it is a 2 slice toaster with cool walls.This just means that if you touch the side of the toaster when it is on you shouldn't get burnt.It als has variable width bread slots.This really makes it easier if you buy more than one make of bread as they all tend to be different in size. This toaster is perfect for those people who favour functionality over looks. It's a very basic, cheap toaster that does the job just as well as any other expensive toaster. It looks quite nice.
