I've had a hippo bag collected and felt that it warrants a good review. I bought my bag from Wickes and filled it with wood scraps and broken furniture. It has been collected this morning and I never even heard the lorry take it away. I booked my collection online on Thursday of last week and have to say that even the booking system is simple to use. A leaflet in Wickes prompted me to use the service which said if I book in my bag for collection before 31st May I could be in with a chance to win a day's spring clean for my home if I qouted bigclearout08 so that I did and fingers crossed that I win. Therefore not sure when but I will definitely use the service again when the need arises.
