It looks great (it passed the mother in law test!) and is well built with solid brushed aluminium chassis, It has 2 audio inputs and the speakers can be changed as opposed to the Sony I was going to buy that had no inputs and like it or ... As for the sound well its a mixed bag, there's plenty of bass From the speakers but otherwise the sound is flat and the treble is poor so don't expect crisp hi hats. moreover the CD player is rather mediocre and you will find your favourite discs sounding a little different to how you remember

HOWEVER!!! as it has two AUX inputs you can plug in your own CD or DVD player to make up for the poor inbuilt one and its easy to change the speakers to improve the sound. In fact I Did and the sound is much better for it.

Great quality for the price. Small hi-fi with excellent sound quality - you won't find anything with a better sound for this price. Stylish looking , solid build with 100W speakers and MP3 playback . No headphones output though but I don't need it. I really did not expect to find something this good for that price. A little gem! I plugged an external DAB radio into this hi-fi and it sounds much better than on my old (and expensive) hi-fi which has just died...

as in the previous review the sound quality for this unit is excellent and for the price you can't beat it. i got it new for 80 pounds sterling. but what surprised me most is that it is a separates system not a one piece micro, with 2 line in so you can expand the system with for example a dab tuner and/or record deck. the only complaint i have is the way mp3 tags are displayed it's crap and won't display the whole tag info.but that's a personal ...
...it reads so much of the disk then it stops saving the drive, i guess it must have somekind of buffer.a smart feature which other manufacures should look at doing if space is a premium or even price i don't think you will find anything that comes close. get it while you can as i don't think they will be around in stores for long...the unit casing is made of brushed aluminum or steel,not plastic ...
