The CP-L850 is designed to meet the demanding requirements of today's multimedia presentations. The CP-L850 employs two advanced techniques to produce the brightest and highest quality images yet. Its compound reflector and multi-lens system maximizes light output while Hitachi's new polarization converter passes an extra 20% of useable light to the LCD panels. This superior light output combined with highly uniform brightness and color purity, results in image quality that puts the CP-L850's competition in the shade. The highly efficient LCD panels and composite optical system produce a compact, lightweight unit, packed with versatile functions including electronic zoom and focus, right/left and up/down reversal and keystone correction. There are number of practical and ergonomic touches like the ventilation exit at the front of the unit for maximum audience comfort, an RGB output so that a presenter facing his audience can view the image on a remote monitor and a lens shutter to temporarily blank the screen without having to switch off. Presenters can switch instantly between the inputs using the remote control unit, which covers all the functions you need including power zoom, screen size and focus. An RS-232C connection gives access to all the projector's functions allowing fully automated computer control, or control by an operator via a computer.
