Advantages: cheap, plastic so safe, fun, makes cookie shapes, good for learning Disadvantages: packaging, instructions, colour range
It’s a bit early for me to think of Christmas but big shops like Tescos are on the bandwagon already.
They have all their Christmas offers beginning and their displays out, I bought the cookie cutters as a fun surprise for my missus.
'Tesco Christmas Cookie Cutters in a clear tub shaped package where you can clearly see the red and green design of the cutters inside.
I bought them in Tesco extra so I am sure they can be bought on line if you are not able to get out to a shop, the packaging is a little less robust then the cutters
Themselves.
And the instructions are minimal but it only takes common sense to use these, I would suggest washing them first as I had noticed flake of plastic on the outer edges from the mould they were probably made in.
Like all new things they are plastic but are quite robust, as you ...
Advantages: Definately none Disadvantages: No reimbursement
and a copy of the engineers report to them asking for some kind of reimbursement.
That was on the 9 March 2004.
On the 12th of March we recieved a letter from Hitachi which thanked us for our letter. They were very sorry about the problems we had encountered and apologised.

1 day or 1 year - it makes ...

Advantages: cheap, lasts for every, motor cuts nearly everything, lightweight and small Disadvantages: water tray, guard, guid and blade if you want to use it on professional scale
i have had this cutter for years. it has lasted me and has done a great job. i use it on jobs all the time, probably 2-3 a month and copes with all varieties of tiles. the blad on it is not 100% but can easily be replaced for another brand but for normal home diy with ceramic tiles it will do the job with no poblems. when cutting thinker slate or marble tiles you will need to cut wet to make the blade last but it will do the job dry. you can also do mitre cuts but i wouldnt ty this with thicker tiles as the guid is poor.
down side- the water tray- in all machines like this its a real pain to get out and back in when full- dont bother just top it up with a bucket or watering can. the guard is also useless when you need it most when your cutting thick tiles, it has to be removed most the time as it gets in the way, this causes all ...
