managing to address many of the criticisms that haunted the PC original while still falling short of its potential. The premise sets up the player as a genetically modified hit man, forced out of retirement when things get a little personal. Each level then sets up an overall mission, broken down into sub-objectives, thankfully with a much-requested save-game feature included in case things get a little hairy. This isn't your standard walk-and-shoot kind of game, though; Hitman 2 rewards planning, and lots of it. While there's no fixed linear route through any of the levels, each will require a lot of thought to be defeated. What limits the game's potential though is the continual stream of frustrations. The enemy's artificial intelligence, for instance, is sometimes very sadly lacking, and there are occasions when the pace drops to snail-like speed, without always generating sufficient tension to carry the player through. That said, when it hits top gear Hitman 2 can be tense, atmospheric and enjoyable. Graphically it's very polished, and those who enjoy games that reward solid thinking more than an itchy trigger finger will certainly find something to enjoy. But while undoubtedly a step forward from its predecessor, it's an ambitious game that still falls short of what could have been. Put simply, it's good, it's challenging, but it still leaves quite a lot of room for improvement. --Jon Foster

Advantages: Graphics Gameplay and sound Disadvantages: A.I. & length.
Hitman 2 is the sequel to the great and popular classic Hitman: Codename 47. We begin the game in a Sicilian church, you get a chance to get to grips with the controls which are similar to the first so if you’ve played that then you will find it easy to immerse yourself into the seedy dark underworld life of 47. After confession with 47’s religious mentor everything goes down hill, he gets kidnapped and you, as 47, are forced to re-enter the life ... ...it frustrating. So luckily Hitman 2 does feature a save option, exshellenty.
IO Interactive have stated that you can choose to play the stealth way or the action way, the latter is much more fun the stealth is where the beauty of the gameplay really shines. Sneak up behind a lone guard, pop a bullent in the back of his head with a silent weapon of your choice, drag him somewhere hidden, take his clothes and just as his replacement jives round the ...

Advantages: graphics, stealth, music, gameplay Disadvantages: need some better AI and suspicion meter should be better too
...for success was Thief, but Hitman seems to have brought a new meaning for stealth. Silent Assassin didn't seem like it was that much stealth based compared to the first game as I was able to go through all the enemies with no stealth at all, even if I had to get the label of a mass murderer in the game. But the game was good in both ways, and as Hitman: Contracts and Hitman: Blood Money are already released, there is no doubt about the fact that ... ...even now. HITMAN JUST SCORES AGAIN AND AGAIN The game also scores well in music as its very much suited for the situation all the time, and its catchy for sure. The various sound effects are good and so is the voice-acting even if it tend to get repetitive at times. Sound plays a major part in the game of Hitman because it is something which keeps the game going, as making more noise can lead to the people detecting you and you can also listen to ...

...you’ve gone too far.
Hitman 2: Silent Assassin is a game about murder. In it, you play a retired contract killer who is forced to return to his old ways after his mentor, a catholic priest, is kidnapped. As the title states, this is a sequel, and anybody who played the original Hitman will notice and appreciate the changes in gameplay.
The concept of Hitman 2 is simple. In each mission the player is required to eliminate one or more human ... ...One of the areas where Hitman 2 shines in comparison to the original Hitman is graphically. The graphics in Hitman 2 are superb with very convincing environments and weapons. The engine also deals effectively with outdoor environments as well as confined indoor levels, with weather represented well. The default view is third-person, but the game can be played in first-person if desired.
The sound is effective, with dramatic music and guards in other ...

...isn't for you... Hitman 2: Silent Assassin places you in the highly polished shoes of 47, a professional hitman for hire, and chronicles his journeys all over the World on missions to assassinate various terrorists and Army generals.
Sound dull? Its not. After working out the controls in the training area (the control system is complex) you are given your first mission,to kill a Mafia Boss responsible for kidnapping a close friend of yours and then ... ...of weapons you are thrown straight in. The rest is up to you.
"Fine", you think, "I'll go in that door, grab his uniform then go inside and kill the boss, easy", a few seconds after opening the door you get shot in the head by a guard.
"But but but, I WAS IN A UNIFORM! HOW DID HE SEE ME?!", Its not that easy. You need to act like a guard too, so when they run, you run. Also, if you are not carrying the same gun as them they will recognise you instantly. ...

Advantages: Fantastic Graphics, Great gameplay and story Disadvantages: Inconceivably hard
Well at the end of hitman codename 47 we all thought, how could the story develop from there? Well the answer to that is that he has befriended a priest and has hung up his Hitman attire. He is now a groundsman at a church in Sicily. How could it all go wrong??
---The Start---
At the start we get used to some new controls and have the ability to roam around the grounds. Then you go to the confession box and spill all about your previous life as ... ...strangers at the gates, who promptly rough him up take him away and leave you a ransom of $500000 to pay for his safe return. The Mr Rieper goes into his hut, pulls out his suit and laptop, and get out his guns and contacts the agency of which he worked for. You are now an assassin again! ---The missions---
Your first mission takes you to the mobsters who kidnapped your friend. You must kill the don and find the priest. You do this to pay back the ...
