"The Hits"

If you want to listen to the biggest ever country music recording artist this is the album to start with. This is a great selection of Garth Brooks Hits.

The Hits album covers his first 14 number one singles; The Hits was released in 1994 and was only released for 1 year

It gives a good sense of Garths talents, The Hits album was only in print for a year, but this album sold over a massive 8 million copies.

Has gone 8x platinum in Ireland, Diamond in Canada and is gold in the U.K., Overall
The Hits has gone Diamond which means it has sold over 10 Million copies.

If you have never come across Garth Brooks or you just don't like country music, I urge you to listen to this album.

This album is a great collection of his hits, the quality is fantastic.

I would say I am a BIG fan of Garth Brooks, Not a country music fan as such; Because Garth mixes Pop and Rock into his records that give it a distinctive sound.

Song like "The Dance" shows his vocal talent, and you will most likely know his "if Tomorrow Never Comes" which was covered and made a smash hit by Ronan Keating. I personally love "The river" i would say its one of his best tracks, Also the rocking song "Standing Outside The Fire" which was the first song i think i had heard Garth Sing. The lyrics are very good and he has a way with words.

"That Summer" is a fantastic tune all about a man who falls for a widow while working as a farm hand.

All his biggest hits are on this compilation and i urge you to go and buy it, you may even find you will go and buy his other albums.
