Their longer treatments include a detoxifying day which includes A Detoxifying herbal drink, Seaweed body wrap, detox massage and a facial....all up this is 2½ hours and costs £115 which I find very reasonable, seeing as 'Bliss' Spa's charge £125 for a 75 minute mud massage only! Advantages: A quick, easy and effective fix for problem toenails
Disadvantages: Don't always stay on as long as you'd like

...is usually eBay, where you can buy it for about £5-7 pounds. This is about the same cost as the other brands, but you only get 24 nails in most of them, so Perfect Pedicure offers much better value! Obviously it is cheaper to simply paint your nails but if your nails are not great these false nails are probably the best value alternative. Also, it is actually quicker to apply the false nails than it is to paint your nails, so if I am in a real hurry I will often use them instead of polish. They usually last for about a week, which is not bad I think. You get about 3-4 sets out of the pack, depending on how many sizes of nail suit your toes. How to use: 1./ File and buff your nails to achieve a smooth surface. 2./ Sort out the nails so you know which size is suitable for each toe. 3./ Apply a reasonable covering of glue to the nail...
