Advantages: Fuzz free legs for 2 weeks Disadvantages: Slightly painful, not enough cotton strips, wax doesn't stay hot
...melts the wax leaving it free to be rolled onto your legs using the roll on applicator. What could be easier?
So, off I toddled to the bathroom, armed with the necessary equipment. Knowing how bad I am at working up the nerve to actually rip off the strip, I employed the services of my best friend to help.
After checking first that I didn’t
*have any spots, cuts, varicose veins, beauty spots, broken, irritated, sunburnt skin or skin that has suffered an adverse reaction to waxes in the past,
that I wasn’t
*elderly, diabetic or taking prescribed medicine for acne,
I proceeded to fill the container with very hot (not boiling!) water and insert the wax tube. Being a bit of a weakling, I found it difficult to get the lid to click into place but luckily my trusty helper was around to lend a hand! After waiting 3...

Advantages: They work! Smooth results and qutie long lasting. Disadvantages: A bit messy and uncomfortable.
...For us girlies, the quest for certain bits to become (and remain) hairless, is never-ending. I have shaved, plucked, exfoliated and deforested with the best of them! I have always avoided waxing, firstly because I have a low pain threshold and, secondly because it always seemed a bit of a hassle. Advantages: keeps your hair where you want it Disadvantages: takes a while to get out of your hair

It is essential that the product is used on short hair as it gives you a shiny waxy look; this would not be suitable for long hair, smooth styles or that dry look that you might get with a putty.
This product is only meant to be used on dry hair. I think that it is best to but on hair that has just been dried of you leave your hair to cool, it hurts a little to place the wax in your hair (don't forget pain in beauty)
This tin contains 3.5 oz or 99gm of wax. It comes in a round tin, which the lid is a little hard to get off. The packaging is a little dated but simple.
I feel that the packaging does not reflect the contents...

~ ~ The mad cabbie generally has a simple rule of thumb when it comes to getting a haircut. When it get long enough that it takes more than 10 seconds and a perfunctory rub with a towel to dry it once I get out of the shower, then it’s past time to visit more
I have only had my legs professionally waxed once, years ago. At the time I was amazed how this was removed all of the hairs in one go and they didn`t grow back for a few weeks. That was the one and only time, I didn`t think it hurt much, it was... more
