Advantages: Roomy, functional and in our case reliable, with reasonable fuel economy Disadvantages: large vehicle with large turning circle
...we have owned our Hobby 750FMC since December 2003, and it has been homr for us nearly three and a half years. It is large enough for long term living.and all the facilities have been fully functional and reliable. We have recently lived in the MV for twelve months and having three/four separate areas it works very well. It has been very reliable and returns approx. 25 Miles to the gallon with sensible throttle. Only downside is there is no electric heating or water heating, although newer model has remedied this issue. 22,000 miles and only a drive shaft collapsing in the first year, which was replaced free of charge by Fiat. The layout is hard to beat. We have yet to find a MV with the same amount of interior space, and the vehicle is so stable, particularly due to the six\wheeled configuration....

Advantages: Compact, easy to drive through the most smallest of spaces! Disadvantages: I only have the 3 door version so geting in and out of the backseats!
...What a fantastic little car! I have always said when I passed my driving test (over a year ago now)! , I would buy a Nissan Micra! They are cute (sorry)! nippy to drive through villlage, town or on the motorway. This is a car for people of all ages. They are not docile little things either, they have spirit. My friends often call me Nigel Mansell when following me or being drivien by me because my car is so great round the nippy bends in the road. I have even driven over fields in this diamond of a car in the pursuit of my daughter"s hobby - anything to do with horses! It is cheap to run and cheap to insure which is great when money is so tight. So take my advice and buy one if you can, you won"t regret it!...

Advantages: Easily worked on, Roomy, Sporty and stylish Disadvantages: Doesnt hold road too well, rot patches
...Had three of these cars in my time and i am looking for one at this moment.
A bit silly really, but in my younger days (now 42) always used it as a hobby, and you could vurtually do anything to these cars. This always made the fitting of stereo systems and graphic equeliser a dream.
There are negatives with these cars and that needs mentioning.
All the models i owned were 1.6 and the cosumption wasnt good. I used to get around the 20 to the gallon around town and up to 40 on a run depending how i used to drive.
The car is not a sports car and they do not hold the road very well, to make things a little better i opted for low profile tyres of good quality as i lost the back end once or twice.
All three of my...
