Now this doesn't mean going by the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA), because even though it is a guideline it is also old and based on the average person. If you have a demanding lifestyle then you will need more than the average Joe (no meanness to Joe intended). ... ...of dried fruit in from Holland and Barrett called sprinkles. There are bags ranging from 100g to 1kg with several different fruits to keep your taste buds tingling. Spinach - Just ask Popeye! Brussels sprouts - Bogies anyone?!?
Would I recommend it?
If it has been recommended by your doctor and you really are struggling to get it into your daily diet then yes I would definitely recommend this supplement. Despite being a pain to take there really ...

I took Holland and Barrett iron tablets when I was suffering from iron deficiency due to a poor diet. I was vegetarian at the time, had been for years, but I was missing something along the food chain because I had become lethargic, out of breath very easily and under my eyes was very pale (medics' first sign of anaemia according to a friend of mine, a medic). The Holland and Barrett iron tablets were a dark blacky colour, quite round which sometimes ... ...found these to be cheaper. Holland and Barrett are great for providing specific supplements you may want, and their staff are trained to help you with whatever supplements you want so you can always check if you are not sure!
The packaging was air tight and child proof, simply packaged to clearly tell you that these were iron tablets from Holland and Barrett containing blackstrap molasses. No fancy designs but who needs them?
