I took Holland and Barrett iron tablets when I was suffering from iron deficiency due to a poor diet. Holland and Barrett are great for providing specific supplements you may want, and their staff are trained to help you with whatever supplements you want so you can always check if you are not sure! The packaging was air tight and child proof, simply packaged to clearly tell you that these were iron tablets from Holland and Barrett containing blackstrap molasses.
