I take vitamins and supplements as a part of my daily routine especially since I don’t have a balanced diet containing the required vitamins and minerals. I would describe my diet with the same phrase as I used to get on my school reports – could do better!! Although my diet is ok, I know I don’t eat as much healthy foods as I should due to a lack of willpower and therefore, I know my body is missing out on key nutrients.
