...Performance of this product is disappointing, yet because of its 1200rpm (a relatively slow spin) the low performance is to be expected.
The Miele W1512 is energy efficient and will leave you with a lighter energy bill, but you are paying less for a good reason; and this relates back to the performance of the machine which is unsatisfactory. I would rather recieve heavier bills each month than walk around with half-clean-half-dirty clothes.
The ease of use is easy, but easy in the way that all washing machines are easy to use. When compared to other washing machines the Miele is average, although the instruction manual did help (continued in successive paragraph).
