The speakers are very "subtle" and wall mountable - I didn't want large in your face speakers. Sony is a quality brand that I rate. I wanted something that gave good sound quality from music CD's (I use it as a Hi-Fi as well). My Verdict? Whilst I wouldn't class myself as a "tv/vision/hi-fi" ...
...The music quality from CD's is cracking, considering this is not a dedicated music player. The bass is not overpowering, just a quality feeling. The mid range from the 5 wall mounted speakers is also superb (especially given their size - I still wander how they can produce the sound they do!!!). I have to say it was most definetly not a dissapointing purchase, as I was really impressed with the Design and the intense ambience which it provides throught the 6 radio enhanced speakers. A drawback however was the lack of a Dolby surround system. The wireless speakers were not dissapointing, but I found that they sounded funny when watching TV channels. The Bose 321 Gs is a stunning product. Just at a glance the sleek design of the product hits you straight in the face and pulls you in. Its perfect for an apartment type housing. Personaly i thnk the sub woofer is a little weak. The DVD player plays just about all the formats such as SVCD, MPEG, AVI and DIVX. One of the cool feature it had is the Ipod dock system. You can listen to your ipod and even watch movies from it, if you have a video Ipod.
