I tested this out in shop and it sounded excellent. I bought it and it sounds 10 times better in my lounge. The 1000 watts power fills room with clear powerful sound. The music special fx and speech is crystal clear. It has a whisper mode so even at lower volumes the sound is perfect. This is a blu ray player and picture quality is beautiful. i have had this Home Cinema DVD player for over a year now and as far as i can tell there have been absolutely no problems with it. excellent all round DVD player, and has USB and DivX support which is brilliant as i watch a lot of films from my memory stick.
