Advantages: its 6.1 the sound is amazing and it looks stunning

Setting up this kit was very easy with its very informative instruction booklet. It gave very detailed directions on where to plug everything into and exactly what everything on it did. I've had this for a year and a half to two years now and it's never really let me down. It plays back DVDs VCDs etc. with no bother, as well as a fantastic feature of being able to use mp3 CDs and mp3 DVDs - alot of the time you can get your entire song collection into one DVD, and the player has a way of browsing through artists, genre etc. depending on how you set up the file system. You should always start a new session off with the volume set to 0 anyway... but oh well. secondly - there is no way (that has been found so far) of getting this player to play NTSC DVDs (region 1) without making any modifications to it (as in, there is no factory reset).
