A great buy-Recommended

Advantages: Easy to use. Easy to set up. Great value. Useful features.
Disadvantages: No seperate audio output. & Like with all home cinemas it is quite space and money consuming!

Upon searching for a home cinema system, I would naturally head for Sony or Panasonic, well regarded names in the world of electronics. However, my budget would not allow for it, so I searched for a good mid-price system. Upon finding this system, I was extremly please with the wealth of features available. Perfect for the smaller room.

Advantages: Tiny speakers, compact and good looking.
Disadvantages: Not enough inputs for a living room system.

You need to have the control set to 60 to 65, which is most of the way, but at this position the sound output is exactly what you need for a good action movie. The Samsung HT-TZ215 is supurb in looks, quality and sound!

Advantages: Great looks, ease of use, very powerful, sooo many functions
Disadvantages: Have found no disadvantages

Very stylish offering from Philips

Advantages: Stylish, easy to use, good sound.
Disadvantages: Picture and colours could be better.

Sweet sound

Advantages: 2.1 no wires all over the place
Disadvantages: well its not going to appeal to the hardcore cinima users

...research i went for the JVC NX F3 and what a decision, after buying for the HDTV which sounds pretty good anyway i hooked up this little beauty and WOW!!! the surround sound will never be as good as a 5.1 but never the less i watched Band of Brothers esp 3 and seriously i was there, i put my flak jacket on and hid behind the settee,so the sound is good, as for the picture quality, as good as it gets,now i am no expert in cinema home entertainment ...
