Simply the worst customer experience I've had in years. Bought a playhouse from their Tottenham Hale store where I was told after handing over my money that the playhouse would be with me in four weeks. Two months later following many, many phone calls to the store I am finally in possession of the playhouse. We ordered a bathroom from Homebase at the beggining of march and they said they would have it too us within two weeks. Then when that came round and we did not have our bathroom we rang them and they said it would be two weeks they were having problems with there distributors.
