Advantages: None Disadvantages: Worse than money for no cover, makes you think you have cover whilst the problem gets worse!
HomeServe plumbing and drainage cover advertises a two hour response time.
After a month, more than five hours on the phone, two days off work, and hours writing letters asking what was going on, HomeServe decided that my policy did not cover the leaking tank in the attic. I had been able to tell them exactly what the problem was on day one.

Plot
----------------
Johnny Debonair (aka JD, aka Johnny D!) grows up with his slightly odd mother and no father in Kent before being taken to stay at his Grandmothers in London when his mother gets a little too 'odd'.

The doors to the reception are round the back of the hotel and on the ground level floor.
The hotel itself is situated on top ...
