Take my advice don’t touch this company with a barge pole you are just throwing money down the drain. I have changed the names of the people involved for obvious reasons. ...I have had home insurance via the AA for 3 years and will continue with them for the forseeable future. They proved their value a couple of months ago when I was trying to re-mortgage and re-insure my home. The new mortgage company wanted my old insurer to write to them (and to the new insurer) stating that they knew all about a subsidence problem that my property doesn't have - not an easy task. After several days and many phone calls to the mortgage company and both the insurers I'd almost given up; I called the AA as a last resort as they'd organised both insurance policies. I didn't expect them to do anything and was stunned by what happened next - they asked me for the contact details for the other companies and then proceeded to sort everything out within half a day. They are not the cheapest, but are always close... Read review
