I purchased this item recently and have been completely happy with it. It is very simple to use, the water tank comes away from the main body very easily and is easy to fill. It takes only a few seconds for the pressure to build and the steam that emits from the nozzle is great, and all you need to do it keep your finger on the button. It cleans perfectly, I do both of my bathrooms with it, including the tiles on the wall. It comes complete with ... ...cleaner, tile grout cleaner, plus an attachment for going round corners (not that I have had to use that yet). The most important part of using a steam cleaner is that it is very hygenic, the steam kills all the bugs that you cannot see. Would recommend for all cleaning of any surfaces, bathroom, kitchen etc. ...
