I bought this initially for my mother who has arthritis and difficulty using a standard vacuum cleaner. The Light n Easy Carpet Wizard is an electrical rechargeable carpet cleaner. It is very light and requires little effort to use. . The only assembly required is the handle, which is in three sections, and easily slots into each section to form the handle. Initial charging is overnight – you then get approximately one hour of cleaning between each charge. The cleaner retails for around 39 pounds from most department stores. . As I mentioned the main advantage is the weight. It is a very light and nifty appliance. It can be used without any effort. Also the cleaning results are excellent. It cleans a carpet just as well as some vacuum cleaners. I found that all but the heaviest dirt was picked up easily. I was so pleased with the results I actually bought one for my own use. . I would say that this is not a replacement for a vacuum cleaner but an addition. It is very handy to use for a quick clean up without getting the vacuum cleaner out. Although anyone in a very small flat could probably manage with just the Light n Easy. . All in all I would say this is a very nifty little cleaner, which is well worth the money.
