Advantages Easy use, spacious, elegant, multi-function, compact, lightweight, sturdy, simple controls
Disadvantages Apparently no longer available, whole oven or parts (baking-tray - diff. to replace; elements)
This little gem is my 2nd mini-oven (with unused rotisserie), and has been perfect for the limited space in my flat. I have used it almost daily for several years, baking/grilling meats, vegetables, etc., and found it totally reliable, simple to use, and capacious. Its sizeable roasting-tin (diff. - essential dimensions - to replace, though) slots into (low, high, two middle) side-supports, as does its grill-tray, useful for supporting additional containers. The 'high' support can also be used for grilling, with top-elements-only selected for this purpose. Above the top-elements is a griddle-with-lid (both removable for cleaning) on which e.g. eggs, bacon can be cooked; or the lid left on to contain the heat.. With a (repeatable) up-to-one-hour timer, temperature control to 250 degrees, and a rotisserie I have not used, as it happens, but found quite simple), While the griddle can be removed to give second access (along with the oven-door) for interior-cleaning, in both cases the upper and lower elements impede access a little, and I found oven-lining helpful to keep the interior-base free of splashes or spillage. With its few negative features I could not have managed without my HomeTek Mini-Oven! (Sadly, no longer available, I understand).
