Advantages: Functions, value Disadvantages: Technical help from Homebase
.... However- what it does do is blow out and circulate cool air, rather than a normal fan which merely circulates warm stale air around the room.
Then the next prob, nowhere in Essex had any in stock. I called more than 35 stores, at various loctions. We spent 3 hours driving to several Curry's and Comet's- as they weren't answering their phones (grr).
No joy.
All our argos stores were out of stock.
I wouldn't give up, I know our air quality in my area is bad & we were living in unbearable heat.
I started calling up stores again, but this time I did it via head office's- Argos explained they won't have any for at least two weeks!
B&Q none, but Homebase had ONE! One unit located 35 miles from me, so head office reserved it & we collected it.
Unbeknown to me, it wasn't a 'challenge air cooler' as is advertised on their site...

Advantages: nil Disadvantages: were do you want me to start

My kitchen was bought at Homebase and fitted by independent kitchen fitters who did an outstanding job but didn't have chance to tell me where the rating plates were on the appliances (these have the numbers but most of you would know this as we all fit kitchen appliances everyday). What's more I didn't take a copy of the numbers in the first instance as I had registered my appliances for the extended 2 year warranty so Neff already has my numbers; a foolish notion!!
I hope my hob doesn't break because I (YES ME) will have to remove the Oven to get access to the rating plate stuck to the underside of the hob to get the ENR/FD numbers
Note: I have also sent two emails, the first initiated a lengthy email exchange highlighting the points below but no fault resolution; the second has...
