Advantages: dehumidifies Disadvantages: it is hard to spell 'dehumidifies'
...I am refering to the 2650e model in the 2600 series
What is a dehumidifier?
A dehumidifier does what it is called, it dehumidifies. It is opposite from a humidifier (a more type friendly word), a humidifier puts moisture back into the atmosphere whereas a dehumidifier takes moisture away from the air. I would not think using a humidifier and dehumidifier together would be a good idea (you won’t make a difference apart from raising electricity costs).

Advantages: Portable, dries laundry, filters air, multiple settings, cheap to run. Disadvantages: Slightly awkward for emptying if you have long nails :)
