We ordered a bathroom from Homebase at the beggining of march and they said they would have it too us within two weeks. Then when that came round and we did not have our bathroom we rang them and they said it would be two weeks they were having problems with there distributors. This has happened several times and it is now the end of june and it hasnt even been shipped yet. Needless to say we are really not happy with this because our water has been off since april and we were promised it would only take two weeks. I really do not recommend anyone ordering a bathroom through homebase because the treatment you get from the staff is just as bad waiting for something that was meant to take two weeks but has so far taken three months.
