Advantages: Individual magazine, gorgeous photos, more for the designer Disadvantages: none
...This is the sister title to 'Inspirations' the gorgeous home style
magazine, and inspiring it definitely is. Like the regular
Inspirations, Garden Inspirations is *completely* different from every
other gardening title on the news stands.
Although you have features and articles on all aspects of gardening,
the emphasis is on garden *design*. Therefore if you have eclectic
tastes or like your garden to be completely individual, this magazine
is right down your street. There are always lots of projects and
really individual looks to copy - looks you would never get in, say,
Gardeners World or Garden Answers.
The phopography here is sumptuous, the writing absolutely top class.
If you are more a designer than a gardener, then definitely pick up a

Advantages: It made the arch look a lot nicer in the summer Disadvantages: You have to make sure that you keep your eye on it and feed it around the slats of wood.
...A while ago we made our own garden arch which is quite nice, but we decided that we needed something to bring it to life.
We decided that what we wanted was a Clematis. We went to a local garden centre where there were numerous varieties of Clematis'. We opted for two Clematis the same which were pink and white. We then returned home and planted one either side of the garden arch.
After a couple of months they grew to the top of the arch after being placed in and out of the slats of wood. When they flowered it looked extremely attractive. I would recommend this to anybody that wanted to brighten up their garden and subsequently their garden arch.
This would also look nice if it was grown on a piece of trellis to liven up a fence panel....
