A very good family mans or womans car!!! Advantages: loads of space inside and in the boot and a nice drive Disadvantages: bit pricey Being a family man I dont think there's a better car out there. The space inside is incredible, with the gear box being on the dash board and not near the hand break its the only car where if i'm sitting a passanger i've got plenty of room without my knees hitting the drivers hand everytime they want to change gears. To drive this car is very smooth and feels quite solid, the suspension is superb, i've gone over speed bumps with other cars and they ... ...might only be a 1.4 but this car still feels quite powerful. For all you other family guys you'll love the size of the boot as well, its simply enormous i've seen other cars such as the vauxhall astra and the ford focas and their boots are minute in comparison. Honda Civic 2.2 I-CTDi Advantages: Superb handling, very powerful Disadvantages: Touch high on insurance ...corolla (1.4 auto) and a Honda CR-V (2.2 CTDi) so not many cars to compare the Civic to but i'll try my best. The engine in the civic is the same that is in the cr-v, and with that i knew what to expect: Responsive, powerful, efficient and practical. The 2.2 turbo diesel that honda have put into the civic seems just perfect for this car, It has enough power to shift when you really need it while maintaining the economical factor even on back country ... ...its the new stream-lined shape, or a change to the handling but i have yet to experience any over or understeer while driving about. With an engine of this size, it dosnt break the bank in terms of diesel either. Hondas new engine is one of their most efficient, obtaining on average 45MPG. A fantastic car for any need, highly reccomended! ... Holy Honda! Its ur Civic duty to ride dis beast! Advantages: It is a car, so it can take you places Disadvantages: When it runs out of petrol, you have to top it up ...no place here for the Honda Civic 1.8 ES 6 speed manual 5 door model, I have no choice but to put this here in the SE model panel. The SE and ES models are virtually identical, except that the ES has more stuff thrown into it as standard, and its cooler. This is a review of the car itself. Honda's customer service is pretty average, but as it's not exceedingly bad, I have no complaints. = A ferociously angular ... ...derogatory image associated with a Honda badge. It does look very nice, but there is one problem. It is styled like a 1980's space rocket, the period of time when most sci-fi geeks had ideas of space exploration vehicles that were similar to this car in appearance. Fast forward to today and you'll find those geeks are now in their late fifties, they are still living with their mums and the styling appears to appeal only to them. Oh the joys. Very Good Advantages: Reliable, Good Dealer Service, Good Equipment, Spacious, Practical Disadvantages: Sometimes a bit noisy, could be too slow for some Good car. It's reliable and safe enough. Isn't the quickest or quietest car in the world but it is very economical. The dealer we bought it from was very helpful and the service was second to none, he even left flowers in the boot for us (Marks and Spencer flowers) The car has never gone wrong and there's more than enough room inside for everyone (with a flat floor in the back so it can take 5 people).
