"CAN I GIVE YOU AN INSIGHT?"
Advantages: Technology. Economy. Space. Style. Seats. Handling. Disadvantages: Unrefined. Visibility. Noise. Steering. Radio.
...********** THE HONDA INSIGHT IMA ES-T WHAT IS IT? The Honda Insight is a trendy looking five seater, five door mid-family sized hatchback. Well, that is the conventional description; in fact, under the skin at least, it is a rather more interesting vehicle, powered by a hybrid power train. A HYBRID? ISN’T THAT SOME KIND OF PLANT? If you have heard about hybrid cars but are not really sure what it means then let me give you a very simple explanation. ... ...for limited distances only. The Honda Insight, and indeed Honda’s other hybrid models use the battery powered electric motor only to assist the smaller than usual petrol engine – therefore you cannot actually drive a hybrid Honda without the conventional engine running. Indeed rather than calling the Insight a hybrid, Honda themselves refer to their system as IMA – Integrated Motor Assist. In order to work as efficiently as possible, the IMA system ...

Honda Civic Type-R 2.0 i-VTEC
Advantages: Performance, Handling, Practicality, Price Disadvantages: Can be rather thirsty if driven hard.
...Ride and Handling Honda say it aimed to produce an experience as near to driving a race car as possible, with the honda civic type r bing used in BTCC (british touring car championships), i'm pleased to say the have suceeded. There's virtually no body roll, and the steering is wonderfully quick to react, meaning the Type-R car flick and change direction in an instant. The ride might be too hard for some, but it adds to the experience. The Type-R ... ...6. Running Costs Although Honda claim the Type-R can manage an average fuel consumption figure, it is however very difficult to manage this. This has a lot to do with the beast within that surfaces when driven hard, it is addctive to have the i-VTECT step in but constant driving like will not come without obvious increased cost. Insurance is about average for a hot hatch and in keeping with market competitors. 7/10 Reliability It’s a Honda, so a ...

Money burnt quickly.....
Advantages: Good family car, plenty of room compared to most cars nowadays Disadvantages: Expensive to run (petrol), Handling is dreadful after 40mph, not really modernised
This is a dreadful car if you are like me and don't have all the money in the world. It can be OK as a slow moving family car but when it comes down to using it on motorways or dual carriage ways the handling is terrible. When you begin to hit over 40mph the handling can become difficult, I had nearly crashed when swerving out of the way of a car coming onto the main road and I had lost control, I have driven other cars before which are great for ... ...into a lane you have to carry on swerving until you eventually gain control again. The main problem I have with this car is the fuel consumption, it is absolutely terrible! I would put in £10 worth of petrol and it would be drained within an hour of easy driving, however when I have put in £10 in many other cars, its last all day even when ragging the cars senseless. Don't get me wrong, this can be terrible for certain drivers when it comes down ...

good hybrid
Advantages: great gas mileage Disadvantages: little sluggish
I owned this car for about a year. The reason i bought this car was because i was taking long 12 hour trips about once a month. It saved me a lot of money on gas during that time span. I liked most things about it. It could have used a little more get up and go for my taste. I loved the fact that i could drive around town and get awesome gas mileage. It also took very little to completely fill the engine with fuel. The ease of driving and the feel ... ...a lot of leg room in the back seat. The back floor board is completely flat all the way across so that made it nice for my daughter to climb in and across to her seat. All in all i was very happy with this car and i do not have any complaints except for t he fact that it was a little sluggish on the get go. However it did make up for that in gas mileage. For the money i do not believe that i could have found a better deal. ...
