Now on my 3rd Blackbird, P plate non injected was first. awsome bike but a bit rough around the edges it was quick, but most of that was hype. The styling is classy yet sinister all in one go. 51 plate injected model next although no apparent changes in appearance the introduction of fuel injection gives a much smoother ride, faster through the revs and more of power cruise. Now on a 54 Plate even better still the odd little tweeks here and the have made this a real motorway muncher that can keep up with your R1s and the like on the twisties. For me you can keep the Busa and the 12 - - - - - the Blackbird is a much more refined and user friendly bike. The ride is perfect for me at 6 foot 3 but you vertically challenged riders might find it bit too much of a handful. Especially as it weighs in at 224 kilos but that isnt a problem on the move, grace and power make this an overall top package. With 150 BHP on tap this will propel you into another world mighty quick 0-60 time of about 2 seconds and the quarter of a mile flashes past at abot 11 seconds and you will be doing about 135 mph, thats enough to put any 100 + grand sports car in the shade. All that for 8 and half grand. What you still reading for go and buy one and enjoy.

Got to agree with Zakmaan here, a bit more info about the bike would be good, details like storage, controls what its like in town not just with your head down would also make your review more interesting and useful. Running costs in todays pricey world would also be good. We know Blackbirds and Hondas are great but why?

Ah another biker writing reviews. I have toyed with getting one of these for years. Have heard a lot of good things about them. I ride a souped up FJ1100 at the mo and have done for many years now. Its surprising what performance you can get out of a bike that is 23 years old. I have learnt when writing reviews on here you have to be a little more in-depth to start getting your very helpfuls and exceptionals. Just a pointer to start you in the right direction for a little cash.
