If you've just passed your cbt part1 and are after a bike thats cheap to insure and maintain, then the cg is the one for you.
It ain't super fast but it will get you where you want to go and more importantly is better than catching the bus! It will cruise all day at 50mph and will be pushed to 60mph every now and then.If you try to 60mph all the time,it will eventually blow-up!
This bike is not for speed freaks!If you want a 125 machine that you can throw around corners at 60mph and clock 90mph on the open road then go and read a review on Aprillia's RS or Honda's CBR.
On the over hand,if you just want a bike to cruise round on while your waiting to pass your big bike test,then you will be quite satisfied with the CG.
The controls on this little beast are so easy to use and it's also very light wich makes it very effortless to ride. The fuel consumption is another good point. On a full tank (£7s worth) you could go to Hell and back (90-105 mpg).
I recomend the 1996-2000 models,simply because they look more attractive. Over all this a great little bike.
