Advantages: Roomy, Comfortable and Good Value Disadvantages: None
...We bought the 2007 New Shape Honda CRV a month ago. It's a 2.2 Diesel ES model. If you need an eco-friendly 4x4, this is for you. CO2 emissions are similar to a 1.6 Mini and combined fuel consumption around 43mpg. We got the ES which is the mid range model and at just over £20k (about the price of a top of range Mondeo) is superb value for money. Roomy, comfortable and economic and well spec'd. Honda are ambiguous in their promotional literature suggesting it comes somewhere between a 4 x 4 and an MPV, maybe reflecting sensitivity to adverse publicity that 4 x 4's are getting. However 4 wheel drive only comes in automatically when the front wheels slip, so for most road drivers it is effectively a front wheel drive MPV with the eco-impact of a mid size petrol family saloon. Never owned a 4 x 4 before - it's an excellent car - we love it !!...

Advantages: Cheap running costs, fully automatic, cheapest road tax Disadvantages: Length of time it takes to get one once it has been ordered
...The new Honda Civic IMA Hybrid ES car now comes with a fully automatic transimission system, which helps to keep your running costs low by making you drive more sensibly. They have greatly improved the engine and its transmission system making this the best hybrid from Honda so far. Road tax has also been axed by the Government and now only costs £15 per year! This car is a solid and good family car, the only real optional extra is upgrading to leather interior. All bells and whistles come as standard. Heated seats, 6 CD changer, heated mirrors and cruise control are all standard. The only drawback is the length of time you will have to wait for one to come into the country- my car took 7 months from the time I ordered it....

...that they had learned from all of their competitors' mistakes and experience. In my, now 95,000 miles of experience with their all new 2.2 litre diesel engine this was only partially true.
Honda is a company with a reputation for engineering - especially when it comes to engines. During my four years of ownership they have also appeared to be genuinely interested in customer feedback, read on to see if that has been interpreted into my ideal car!
WHICH SPECIFIC MODEL?
As with my own car, when purchased, this, the i-DECT EX GT is the top of the range Accord. I am reviewing the saloon here; an identically specified Tourer (estate) model will be available any day now and was indeed shown at the British Motor Show in July.
The new Accord range starts with the £19,260 2.0 i-VTEC ES model, the only model in the range falling below £20...

I have owned a grill before but this far surpasses it. When th previous met its maker (due to melting the cord on a hot hob) I was in two minds about getting a new one as although it was nearly perfect to cook with alerady cleaning the grill was always a more
I LOVE my George Foreman!
Before I got the Anniversary edition I treated myself to the small version just to see how I got on with it, and to see if I would actually use it.
Within 2 weeks I had invested in this bigger better version!
Ok, it takes more
This was a present from my grandma who thought that I needed something that would allow me to have a nutritous and warm meal that was also healthy. I beleive that she was probably suggested it by some store assistant in Comet as she doesn't watch much... more
We have bought a new kitchen appliance recently - it's a George Foreman Grilling Machine (Model 12617) and it is the best thing ever!! We sort of bought it 'by accident'. Mum, dad and me went into town about a week ago. We were looking around some DIY more
