I recently had the pleasure of riding the Honda H100, and was plesently surprised. I used to have a scooter but it kept breaking down and had no power what so ever. My brother-in-law has a h100 and offered me that to ride instead while mine was in the garage. Bearing in mind that i had never riden a motorbike with a clutch before, it was very easy to master. Now it is an old bike(1980) but still performs like new. He picked it up for only £200 from loot and what a bargin it was. One of the only draw backs is that the seat is a little uncomfortable and the fact you have to turn the petrol on. With a top speed of nearly 70mph it is enough for a new rider, and because it is only a 100cc you could ride it when you turned 16 and after passing the CBT. If you manage to find a good condition one then i would strongly recommend buying one, even if it only gets used at weekends. Plus it as infinatly more street cread than a scooter.
