Advantages better knowledge and a good product
Disadvantages price fixing
I could write about the quality of this machine and i have to say its a good product but are you paying the right price for it? I used to work for a Lawn mower shop (which has gone out of business). The fact is it they bought these mowers in at a set price from honda and then sold them at the recomended retail price which is about 30% profit. But what does honda make out it as well? If you are looking at buying a new mower and go to a lawn mower agency rather than a garden centre i would do some sums from the catalogue because everything has 30% added on so it gives you the advantage in knowing what a bargin is and how low you can barter. Use your head not your wallet.
