Advantages: Well tried and tested product Disadvantages: Original Spares and Service are expensive
...are at the same average height as those fitted to most salloon cars and provides excellent views to the rear. Engine crashbars are also fitted as standard. In addition to the standard model, models are available fitted with Anti Locking Brake System (ABS) and Traction Control System (TCS).
It's certainly not a cheap bike to buy or run, costing around the £10K mark to buy, but the quality says it all.....superb! Advantages: Ride comfort, handling, excellent braking system, feels planted Disadvantages: Slightly larger fuel tank would make this a 100% perfect machine
...Having owned this bike for just over two weeks now (March 2008), I have to say I am extremely impressed. I cover 100 miles per day on my commute into and out of London. The ABS is tremendous too, if you're riding the miles I do. Restricting the revs to 5,000 - 5,500 before the 600 mile service was very diffuclt. I'm now opening up the machine a bit more and loving it. Because I...

This reliable, comfortable shaft drive bike has found its way in to the highly competitive market of big tourers, even dominating the market as the choice of most of British Police forces as their main traffic response bike.
However, many people have found the Pan to be too big and heavy for day to day commuting, with fuel effeciencies not that much...
