Acquired this aged and classy machine but a month ago. Its a VFR F of 1989 with braided hoses, 4 into one stainless can and scotoiler, with 39K. It's so well made it feels lots younger. Advantages, smooth power delivery, lovely hydraulic clutch, neutral safe handling and a beguilingly ordinairy image. Torquey engine piles on the power wherever its needed for effortless overtaking. It's rather quiet but with an appealing exhaust burble and the cam gear whine is like no other bike around. For interest and sheer class for its age its hard to beat. It gets interested glances, but since it moves like a stealth bomber these are of necessity somewhat short lived. Yet to get the pegs down really...buy one if you can!
