The 2000 Honda SP-1 is THE perfect bike! It handles superbly, looks fantastic and performs like a dream. What other bike has performed so well in the World Superbikes in its very first season? I first rode one in March 2000 and, from the moment I sat on it, it felt perfect - it responds well to my riding style (which is by no means perfect I'm sure). And the new, electronic dashboard!? Well, it looks like something out of Star Trek - perfect for a gadget man like myself. Overall, it has got to be the best looking, best handling bike I've had the pleasure of riding. Well done Honda for producing a response to the Yamaha R1!
