Advantages: Good Load for Washing, Big Drum, Hi Speed Spin, Very quiet Disadvantages: None yet
...Why I got my Hotpoint WD860 Graphite Washer Dryer.
I live in a flat that is pushed for space due to the bad layout of the rooms (A 60's building) So a Washer & Dryer as 2 units would not fit in the same room. So went for a all in one.
First thing I Found with this Hotpoint WD860 Graphite Washer Dryer is that it's Easy to Setup - Remove the 2x Transport Bolts and Put them safe in case you move at a later date - It only uses The Cold Water Supply. (So very little plumbing needed if you haven't got the supply pipes yet installed)
Ok Something not in the manual or on Hotpoint website - Is the rubber Seal - It has a small 2 cracks at the bottom of the rim that attaches to the drum housing - I did call Hotpoint About them but apparently there meant to be there to prevent water building up behind the rubber seal and going bad and making...

Advantages: Fairly easy to use, large wash and dry capacity, Good warranty back-up Disadvantages: High Water consumption for drying function?
...You can buy this washing machine in four colours. The WD860 models come in Sandstone, Graphite or White. The WD865 model comes in an Aluminium colour but all models are technically identical in terms of performance. I chose the White one as that was more readily available from suppliers - however it still took a month from ordering before I actually received it. If you buy from high street shops like Currys or comet they will probably deliver straight away but charge you £100 more than you could find on the web.
The machine arrived well packaged in good condition and was very easy to plumb in. Simply remove two highlighted transit bolts from back of machine, plug into mains, connect water inlet pipes and put waste pipe into outlet in wall.
You get a simple to understand manual with plenty of diagrams and a couple of sachets...

Advantages: Very quiet machine, lots of programmes to choose from Disadvantages: Time remaining display can be misleading
...We bought the WD860P to replace our old washing machine, and have been very pleased with it. It is very quiet while washing and drying, although with a heavy load, and on our bouncy (chipboard!) floors it can get a bit noisy in spin (no different to our previous washer however).
It has lots of different programmes available, including a freshen up setting, time delay (so it can be ready when you get up in the morning), and other features such as a child lock to prevent any of the buttons being pressed by wandering little hands. The display is very good and the fact that it shows the time remaining is useful, although not 100% accurate, for example it can say 5 minutes left, only to jump back up to 15 minutes (not good if you're hanging about waiting to put the washing out!), but other than that it's pretty good.
It also has...

I got this camera for Christmas, after having researched cameras in this price range, from my dad. It was the most all-round excellent camera i found, with many of the others being let down by trying to have ridiculously large amounts of Megapixels,... more
No volume control so you have to use the one on the phone (not hands free friendly), uncomfortable in the ear, changeable covers act as ear clip which feels tacky and the sound quality isn't great.
On the plus side, uses the same charger as my mobile... more
