I've been exercising more too but I am certain it's the hoodia thats made the most difference. My current bottle of Hoodia will run out soon and I am definately getting another.

You get 120 pills in the bottle and are advised to take 1 or 2 pills 3 times a day. They seem to be most effective when taken about an hour before a meal. I usually take 1 half an hour before breakfast, 1 an hour before lunch and either 1 or 2 an hour before dinner. I used to be able to eat a full meal and still feel hungry and want to snack later but when taking these pills I can only finish about half the meal most of the time! It also seems to cut my cravings, I used to crave chocolate and just junk food in general late at night but now I hardly ever get cravings, and when I do I only eat a tiny snack such as an apple.
The pills themselves look (and smell) pretty discusting which isn't suprising seeing as they come from a type of cactus, but the taste doesn't last too long. I take mine with diet coke rather than water because it hides the taste a little bit! Whilst researching diet pills I noticed that quite a lot seemed to have side effects, but I can honestly say I have had absolutly no side effects since taking Hoodia. Apart from loss of appetite (haha).
