I have been using this broker for online trading for over 6 months and have found it to be value for money. One of the difficulties that I have come across when dealing is to look at the history of the days or months trading for my particular shares because I could not find such a facility on their web site. I therefore have to use a separate site to look at historic information and then go back to the HB web site to execute the trade.
Even though they charge £7 per trade I still feel that for small time traders like myself the cost is quite high. £14 for buying and selling a single line is expensive. Considering that the online service is automated I would like to see them reduce trading costs further and recoup this reduction in profits by attracting further business.
