I tried to register with Hopeless Brennan, but the very first time I activated my account the system failed when I tried to enter my bank details. When I phoned them they got the same result when they entered the information at their end, so the problem was not with my PC as they at first tried to claim. If their system could not even deal with this, then I had no confidence in it, and asked them to delete my account. Even that was a palaver! They told me to email the cancellation instruction, which I did, only to get a reply saying they had deleted my email unread! I therefore had to write to them to cancel the account, and at the same time tell them what I thought of them.
