I bought this vac because it is 'Hoover' and sold as 'lightweight. But it is the most difficult vac I have ever used. It will not run over carpets easily, will not tilt to go between chair legs - only two positions : Upright or flat. The cable is too short to cope with a single room from one plug. Stairs are a problem because the pipe is too tight to allow the vac to stay upright at the bottom of the satirs as in the illustration. And the join between the tool and the pipe end nips badly. I feel I was conned by the TV promotion and would return it but of course I have used it!
Do yourself a favour - its cheap for a reason!
