Hoover DM 4493 DUST Manager BLUE

Advantages: Long Hose for reaching to the top of the staircase

...was one feature on this hoover that swayed it fore us. The highlight of this machine ( in my opinion), it has a 13 step, 6 metre long hose attached, so it can hoover an average full flight of stairs without having the machine balancing precariously on the edge of the middle step ( I've lost count of how many times I dropped the old one). Whilst using the full length of the hose, the suction power is not at all compromised, maintaining good suction ...

...has been hoovered (we hoover evey other day ). It absolutely refuses to pick up spilt powder from a tiled floor -more likely to blow it about - and is ineffective on our bedroom carpet if required to pick up fluff from socks or cotton threads. However it does look good as an ornament in the cupboard ! Are we happy with it --- what do you think ! Disadvantages: Overheats and cuts out a little too easily.

...with this as when the hoover was in full working order I had no complaints whatsoever. The attachments are great for my house(lots of little corners), the hose is an excellent length, can get the dust off the ceiling and it stretched all the way up the stairs, it's easy to use and move about. All in all, providing there's no technical hitches, a good hoover. Would recommend taking out the extra cover. ... Read review
