After finally deciding to give up on our old bagged vacuum, we decided to move with the times and opt for a bagless version of a new upright cleaner. Having visited many online sites for a decent vacuum for a decent price, there was one feature on this hoover that swayed it fore us. The highlight of this machine ( in my opinion), it has a 13 step, 6 metre long hose attached, so it can hoover an average full flight of stairs without having the machine balancing precariously on the edge of the middle step ( I've lost count of how many times I dropped the old one). Whilst using the full length of the hose, the suction power is not at all compromised, maintaining good suction
performance at all times from the 1900 watt motor on board.
Another important factor whilst choosing this product, was the use of HEPA Filters, with two of my children having allergies to pollen and dustmites. We had to have something that would zap the pesky critters away, ( Not the Kids). I also wanted a more quiet machine as my last one sounded like a cheiftan tank, this one is about average for noise levels.
For a
price of £110.95 from a leading Supermarket, I was quite happy to purchase, when you consider, there would be no more forking out for expensive dust bags and renewable filters.
According to the manufacturers instructions, the top level of filtration, of which there five, would be powerful enough to remove all allegens from the carpet and surrounding air, which makes life a little more bearable for my children at least.

Relatively Lightweight - only 6.5 Kg, which makes it simple to push and steer around objects.
Now for the BAD BITS
Although I am relatively happy with my vacuum, I have a couple of minor gripes about the machine.
1. It does not have an automatic cord rewind system, which most modern machines have, meaning you have to wrap the cable around the machine when you have finished.
2. The 3Ltr dust canister seems to fill up very quickly, so you have to empty a lot more than normal. ( I suppose this is the price you pay for having a powerful suction motor).
3. There is a liitle plastic clip at the base of the machine which is supposed to hold the hose in place while you are vacuuming normally. However, this is a design flaw, as the hose keeps falling out of the clip. I seem to constantly bending over to put the hose back in the clip.
Overall, I am fairly happy with my product, although I would have wanted it in a different colour, but unfortunately, only comes in Blue.
