I've had this product for just approx 15months now and it started off really well, doing what it said on the label, not even that heavy for an upright so I could lug it up and down the stairs and was generally what you'd expect from a decent hoover.....until 4 months ago it started cutting out. I put it down to overheating, this happened several times in 1 hoovering session which usually is around an hour, got really frustrated and called an engineer out. They were very, very helpful on the phone and an engineer soon came out to it, here my problems began. He tweaked things about and, abracadabra, it worked, for about 10mins. Called them out again and I was quite rudely informed that it was all my fault as I didn't wash the filter regularly, I had in fact been washing it every 4 weeks! I'm really frustrated with this as when the
hoover was in full working order I had no complaints whatsoever. The attachments are great for my house(lots of little corners), the hose is an excellent length, can get the dust off the ceiling and it stretched all the way up the stairs, it's easy to use and move about. All in all, providing there's no technical hitches, a good hoover.
Would recommend taking out the extra cover.
