We have had this cleaner for 16 weeks and find that it is always blocking up round the filter in the collection box. We use the cleaner most days and have to remove the filter after each use otherwise the motor cuts out part way through cleaning. The spiral air flow that Hoover have designed does not let the carpet fluff etc settle and it accumulates around the filter. A service engineer has been to see the problem and says that he has no answer but suggested that we convert it to a dust bag type.The Wife does not want a bag type, so this option is no good. One wheel has fallen off and the upright lock mechanism has also broken
