Not too noisy - compared to my previous Dyson and, latterly the Electrolux which all but burst my ear drums!
Bagless
Extendable hose reaches to the top of the curtains
Small - easier storage
Stair stabiliser
Easy to clean the dust filters
Cons:
Topples over very easily - I have given up using the flexible hose because inevitably the machine falls over in seconds and either hurts my 1yr old who's usually in the vicinity, me, or damages walls and furniture. Using the Stair Stabiliser does not negate this problem on flat surfaces.
When you click the position into upright before turning the machine off, eg if you are going to use the hose, it deposits a load of the waste it previously collected onto the floor.
Has very quickly lost a degree of its suction and no longer picks things up that I would consider feasible to expect as it is supposed to be good even for pet hair. Eg, it cannot pick up poppy seeds from the carpet now after owning it for only 5 months.
The accessory tool entitled 'Pet Hair RemoverTurbo Brush' looks impressive when attached as the brush rotates at a high speed, however, when the brush is applied to a surface like the stairs or the sofa, the brush stops rotating, and therefore there is none of the performance anticipated. I have reverted back to my original hair removal method of scraping the hair off manually.
The edge to edge cleaning claimed is an exaggeration
Cons which you must accept as they are a byproduct of the nature of the item you are selecting, ie, a small, leightweight product:
Short power cable - although it reaches across all my rooms individually, you just can't go from a room on into the landing etc
Small dust collection unit
If I weighted the pros and cons based on their importance to me, the overiding factor is the instability, bringing me to rate the macine as poor overall.
