I was lucky enough to have enough points on one of my survey sites to be able to get this for nothing but it is on Amazon for about £35 I notice. I had given my big food processor to my daughter when she moved out as I never used it. I kept a little hand mixer and a blender. The blender died so I replaced it with a cheap one from Tesco which was total rubbish so after the third replacement I asked for my money back. Now I only had a hand mixer which wasn't that useful for soups hence looking for something small that would do the job. I saw this and thought it would be perfect as it would fit in a drawer ( most of it) and would do all I wanted I thought and best of all it was for nothing except points earned from surveys.

Advantages: Light and as powerful as needed. So very easy to use!! Disadvantages: None really - it's not a replacement for a powerful vac.
I suppose we'd be said to have a rather clean home and we are certainly difficult to please with vacuums having recently moved after a decade with excellent but heavy and unwieldy upright Dysons to a brilliant, easy-to-use, beautifully made and powerful Miele cylinder...
But one of us now has a bad back and needed something light and effective to use. We borrowed a G-Tech powered sweeper and were impressed but, well... it's just a sweeper. Then we saw this Hooverin Comet and took the plunge (£60.00). Well, it's excellent - really. It's light and does a truly good job on all of our twist pile carpets, Flotex and thick rugs.
Have no fear if you go for one of these - they're very good, and solidly made to boot. they are not a replacement for a powerful vac and are not meant to be. They do what they are designed to do - and do it well ...

I really like the Elizabeth Arden range. I first used this 3-in-1 cleanser exfoliator primer when I got a free sample of it. I liked it so much that I decided to buy the full size tube.
This particular product is part of the Elizabeth Arden 'Intervene' range.
This really is a 3-in -1 cream. It cleanses and exfoliates and 'primes' your skin for your moisturiser. This is good if you are quite a busy person and don't have the time to cleanse and exfoliate. This does it all for you in one tube! This appeals to me since it is quite a hassle doing it all separately.
The lid of the tube is a plastic flip top lid, so you can easily open and close it without making too much mess. It is also possible to unscrew the lid.
