...This post reviews the HND325 FULL DW and also gives some insight into Hoover customer care. First is original letter of complaint (posted on Hoover's online contact page) and subsequent emails (copy of original letter removed): Dear Hoover, This letter by way of complaint: We purchased an Hoover dishwasher: HND325 FULL DW On 15.6.2006 from Currys. Our complaint is that the print on the control panel seems to be water soluble and has all but disappeared. We consider this to be a manufacturing fault and is unacceptable. Other problems we found with this machine : The two plastic clips on the front ends of the upper basket running gear are not sturdy enough to stay in the locked position, they often swivel allowing the basket to fall out of its track. ...Over my life time I've had two home visits was always tempted to buy one by the pushy sales man but I held out, it wasn't until I discovered E-bay & looked on E-bay I found loads of Kirby Cleaners, Well Mr Salesman I brought mine for the meer price £350. Yes its a few years old, but was in fantastic condition, fully serviced, all the tools, video etc.. It was well looked after. I personally can't see any difference between the G4, G5 or G6 apart from the colour? and I ain't going to pay just for the colour. With 5 cats and a very busy household, the Kirby is a dream come True, with the Tech Drive its so easy to hoover, O.k so to attach the tools is a 5 minute job, but I've had my kirby for 3 years now & couldn't fault it. Though these hoovers requires a bag, I still personally think its worth having a bag. These hoovers sure beats... Read review

Advantages: all in one cleaner,great for stairs and corners

...this hoover is the one, like my self i have carpet and woodern flooring in my house its great.one kick and your off,, no changeing bits which takes to much time, for the quick and easy user this is fab.stairs are no problem. i did have a problem with this hoover,the motor burn out and i call hoover to ask about this problem,they was nice and no hassel to return the hoover to them,i never paid a penny.hoover sent me a new hoover"the one" stright away i got this in 3 weeks.i cannot complain about that, i got a brand new hoover. i have alot of stairs in my house which is a nightmare but this hoover it makes it easyier.cleaning the filter is stright forward you do not have to pay out for new filterd like some hoovers.so you have one payment and thats it.well worth the money i have had so many hoovers and this one have my upmost respect...
